    My wife and I purchased lighting from ****.We have had several software /programming is***s where we lost the app due to changing phones.They did come back to try and resolve the color changing is***s.With no success.We paid an additional $500.00 for a maintenance agreement hoping to resolve this is***.Which was a big waist of money.He was abuse to my wife a customer that had spent over$******* dollars.He is the most unprofessional person that holds you ****** if you do not agree to at the time $300.00 per year for maintenance.Or cleaning your lenses.I called **** and he was very verbal with me about my wifes conversation with him accusing her of swearing to him He was very rude to my wife and myself on the phone.After the way he talked to my wife I had stated that he had crossed professional line of contact.Then he told me that if I went on line that he would *** me for slander and that he has the best attorney. As far as anyone considering this company be ware of his policies.

    Not sure why he brought up our corporate attorneys because nothing was said about that to him and Im not sure why he is just now complaining a year later maybe its because he calls us yearly and lies about whats wrong and wants us to pay for services that are not covered by a warranty and original issue.. The last time we even communicated with *** was early last year when he once again called us to fix a light and failed to mention he once again lost or doesnt remember his system password until we arrived on site. His system is six years old and we do not have access to it. He was told multiple times to write it down or remember it after we did recover his system three times through much hardship on our part and were not paid for it.  He has said he and his wife got different phones multiple time and was unable to remember his password even though we had reset his system multiple times and performed a lot of work free of charge in the past. He always blames his wife and the only time I ever communicated with her a few years ago she was rude, belligerent and just nasty.

    Because *** said she was on his back he then became rude, belligerent and hung up on me when I spoke to him. My guess is that he wrote here a year later is because he once again wants to attempt to get us to fix something he has done free of charge. Maybe he should not have hung up on me. We have over 27 years in business and have never had clients as rude as both him and his wife. We will no longer help him until we have a written apology now that he has decided that this complaint will allow him to receive more free service calls. We have already done work many times for him without charging him even after he deceived us and was downright mean to our technicians. I dont allow anyone to mistreat or bully our technicians.
