    This company installed flooring for me in multiple rooms of my house where there was tile flooring on 9/26/23-9/27/2023. During installation the owner ***************** (also an installer) informed me that instead of tacking down the transition strip that goes between his installed floor and my wood floor, he was going to glue it down. He said if it doesn't stick then he will come out and tack it down. I called in mid November 2023 to inform him that it's not sticking. His customer service rep: ***** said "Ok, I'll let **** know so that he can get out there." **** never called. So in early December 2023 I called again. ***** gave me the same response but **** never called. Right before the New Year in 2023. I called again and ***** said we'll be out after the New Year. Again, I agreed. **** never called. So I called again in mid January 2024, February 2024, March 8th and 27th, April 5th and 23rd. Every time ***** said I'll let **** know and we'll get you scheduled. I warned ***** on 4-23-2024 that I would not call again. I informed her that the next call would be a third party in a complaint. They have not addressed this simple issue as of yet. I already know that if there's a warranty issue with my flooring I'll probably be in trouble.
