    Zero stars -- save your time and money and go elsewhere. tl;dr: 3 visits from a technician that didn't fix the problem and 3 unhonored promises that management would call to resolve the problem.****'s Bremen is now part of Comfortmate and Comfortmate *will not* and *does not* stand behind their services. I had a malfunctioning refrigerator door and called for repairs. The technician diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board and ordered a replacement. The replacement was installed but the next day the problem recurred. I called and the technician diagnosed a separate circuit board was ordered and replaced. The problem was resolved for about a week and then recurred. When I called to report the problem was still occurring, I was told that the technician was no longer with the company and they couldn't help, despite written paperwork guaranteeing the work. I asked to speak to management and was told they would call back. Two days later I called again because management had not called back. I was told they would call. One week later, same. I was *promised* that management would call back. It has now been one month and I have not received any return phone calls. There may be worse ways to run a business but this is in the top 5.
