Avoid this company at all cost! This is basically a scam. This public adjuster owns Coast to Coast Exteriors as well as Bella Vista Public Adjuster. If you don't use his roof repair company (Coast 2 Coast) they charge you a 20% fee. In my case that is over $13,000 even if no work is done. However, if you use them they claim the fee is waived, but they are charging me more than double the cost for material which I will have to pay $8000 out of pocket for shingles, even though our insurance covers over $15,000 for shingles. Yet, the shingles he quoted me cost less than $8000 at the local roofing supply store. In other words, if the insurance is covering $15,000, and the shingles cost $8000, why are we being charged an additional $8000 out of pocket? That is a total of over $23,000 for $8000 worth of shingles, and this is just part of it.In addition, they refuse to provide us any estimates for the repairs, and when I question the owner about the sky high cost, and requested an estimate, he claims "I didn't have a problem until after the insurances check cleared" even though I can't withdraw any money without Bella Vista Public Adjusters anyway. This is a major conflict of interest he will work against you not for you. Moreover, they produced a digital contract that I did not see because if I did I would have never signed it, and when I went by their "office" in **********, **, I discovered that both Coast 2 Coast and Belle Vista Public Adjusters is just a post office box in a shipping store. These two companies that are owned by the same person feels like a scam, and if its not, it might as well be. I may have to pay this scammer $13,000 for doing zero work or be overcharged by $13,000, In any case, please avoid this company!
