Refund and Exchange Policy

Call 1.877.505.1777 or email us at [email protected] and ask for a return processing authorization number. Best to call us as responding to emails can take 1-2 business days. Please note we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. This number must appear on your return label. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the problem is our fault which will be determined at the time you obtain your RPA number.

If you have already opened or partially used a product that you received from us, we can give you an in store credit depending upon the policy of the manufacturer. If the product is a prohormone, test booster or andro product, we cannot accept any return if opened. You will be responsible for all shipping charges (original and return). We will not refund your credit card for opened products. Orders more than 30 days old cannot be returned. We will not accept returns or exchanges on the items that you have received from a previous return of an opened item. 

Refunds

Please note that once we put a refund through on average it takes between 7 and 10 business days for it to show up in your account.

Damaged Products must be received by us before any refunds. Contact My Supplement Store through our free Live Chat function or email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will need proof of the damage which can be given with a detailed photo of damaged item (if open or cracked, we need to see the bottle open), the invoice, and the packaging you received this in.  For damaged products, we may issue a store credit for you with proper proof. We do this because of fraud.
Shipping Charges will not be refunded, except in the case of damaged products.
All problems with orders must be reported within 72 hours upon receiving them.
All sales for items purchased that are Discontinued/Clearance/Short Dated items are final. 
If your purchase came with a free item, the free item must be returned as well or you will be charged the product price for the free item.
