    Oyo hotel in Moline Il ripped me off by charging me a 150 deposit that they refused to give back for absolutely no reason . The excuse they gave me was the room was not clean. I stayed there for 4 months and housekeeping cleaned my room two times. I cleaned my own room and had to purchase my own cleaning supplies and garbage bags. When I checked out the room was clean and they said it was filthy I photos to prove otherwise

    Priceline .com has charged my card twice on the same day March 1, 2024 in amount of *****. because ***** made mistake with my online reservation put the wrong name on my account, the following day they charged me $77.00 plus $ ****** deposit with was never credit back to my checking account. The room was not damaged or messy after I left. They had issues with me because of my race and my ability to pay for the room. They were not polite, poor customer service. Was very angry. .

    I rented a room for 7 nights from 7/16/23 until 7/23/23. Had issues from beginning with my vehicle hit by another guest the first night, television never worked at all, AC only worked half the time, the bathroom light fell on me, housekeeping only checked on me/my room once the entire stay, which occurred 3 nights in. I called, emailed and attempted to chat online with Oyo customer service and the front desk NUMEROUS times, never getting a reply or able to speak with anyone to date. One time I was able to reach the front desk lady, she went off on me and refused to let me speak because I had a guest, despite me making the reservation for 2, not just myself up front. At check out I was 30 minutes late to check out and agreed $10 would be sufficient to cover the inconveniences. However the changes finally showed on my card and the actual room charge was $17 more then my receipt shows/ I agreed to. the deposit was refunded except for a total of $22.50, not the $10 we agreed on while I was there. Of course nobody is answering the phone again to discuss.

    See pictures of the text they sent me with date and time and the registration confirmation. On 9/17 @ 12:21 AM my time; 2AM in ************ booked for 3 nights 9/17 to 9/19 for *****************************. At the time of booking they told me that I had to pay for Friday the 16th, even tho it was the 17th. It was because it was still night?!? I said OK and that my brother was waiting for an Uber (that never showed up). once it was daylight **** made us way to the hotel; they say by 10am on the 17th and they told him he was a no show and cancelled his reservation and put him to the street. They Charged my card for a no show. The reservation said he had to check in by 3pm on the 16th but I didnt make the reservation until the 17th ***** told me it was their mistake and it would be refunded. 2 weeks later no refund. Ive contacted the call center only to be hing up on. I called the motel! Horrible nasty people! They all stand by the fact he was a no show even tho he showed on the date I reserved. They argued with me. Hung up on me while they were checking. I asked how was **** a no show when you say he was there by 10 AM on the 17th, the day I made the reservation? All they did was argue and talk circles around me. Refused to refund my money when they cancelled it. My brother showed the same day I made the reservation. They were Very rude! I told them I would report them and they said go ahead. We are not afraid of the BBB! Please help me get my money back!
