    On Nov.21, 2024 I Rented a 5x10 Unit for $35 a month, they took off my Mastercard $43.31. in which on that day, by **** I was told by this guy that it would have to be prorated due the day out the month that I was renting it, and that it would only be $18 at that time., until the next following month then would be $35 each month after. However; I kept trying to reach out to them, because I did not get a chance to put or move anything in there, so I kept calling and leaving messages after Thanksgiving to have them put the money back on my card. Finally on Dec 6th, 2024 Storage Moline a guy name ***** returned my call, stating that he was at work on break and that he had seen that there were several messages left, that he decided to respond back by calling the phone no. Back that had been left and informed me that there was on office location, that it was him **** and another guy that had this business together and that they responded back by phone to any messages left. I explained to him my concerns and also letting him know at that time, that I had not used my storage and had been trying to reach this business to inform them that I did not want the storage that i had rented and about the fact that there had been $43.31 taken off my card on the day I rented it and it was suppose to had been only $18 off until the next month by the other partner ****. There became a discrepancy at that point on the price that I had been informed that it would be at that ******* I told him I no longer wanted it. ******** that I would have the money put back on my card. By *****! I can be reached at ************. I am seeking my reimbursement in this case in the amount of $43 31 that was charged and taken off my card to be put back on there.

    This person did not rent a storage unit from our facility. There were several calls and text messages from ********, but we have no records of her renting a unit or paying us any money on November 21, 2024. I have attached a screenshot of all of our payments processed around that time as evidence that there were no payments made on November 21, 2024 in the amount of $43.31. We also do not have anyone named **** involved with the ownership or operation of our storage facility. We would be happy to provide more information, as needed, to help resolve this dispute on our behalf.
