The tub cracked under light residential use on 3/30. I have tried to contact the company on 4 occasions over the past week and have recieved no response. The tub came with a 50 year warranty but the company is stonewalling any requests. I called on 3/31, 4/2, 4/4 and 4/7 leaving voice mails every time and have also tried to email the company. I never get a response.

Our service coordinator, ****, has been in contact with Mr. ***** about this issue. There is currently a service opened for the job and is in the process of being fixed. At this time, we do not believe there is any further action to be taken for either parties.

I purchased a shower from Midwest Bath for 8800 dollars, on 4/1/2022. Since then I have had numerous issues, with defective shower heads, rusted pipes, and defective caulking around the base and drain. I am thinking it is mold, but Im not sure. Since then the caulking is bad again, for the 3rd time, I have talked to several managers, the past 2 weeks, and the warranty agent, ****, Monday this week. She said she would submit a ticket, for the repair. Today is 10/24/2024. I contacted another manager today, and she said she would send ****, an email saying, was wanting the warranty work done again. The individual her name is ******, said I would be contacted by the end of the day and this was the second time I was told this by an employee. I was not contacted and am extremely angry. If this is actual mold, and they are using defective caulking, this would be a health issue as well. I am at the point now that they are ignoring my concerns and that they arent going to send anyone out. I need an intervention by an outside agency, and an asking youre office to do so.

In May 2023, we paid a $3000.00 deposit with balance due after project completion. In July, we had a walk-in shower installed. The installation took three days with tech needing to come out to fix a plumbing issue. After inspection, we notified Mid West via email of continued low water pressure, leaking shower door, bowed walls, and unfinished framing. ****** called and agreed that the installation was subpar and that he would handle the repair process. It has been two weeks without a follow up regarding next steps. Due to the sub standard workmanship, the check for payment of services was cancelled. The deposit was processed. This morning I spoke with ******* regarding the project. After speaking with our project designer, who assigned the overall installation, I would like to request a refund instead of moving forward. Please send written proof that our contract has been cancelled and that we will not be held responsible for the balance due on the contract. We will forfeit the original deposit.

Although we spent much time resolving this complaint between *****************, ******, and Midwest Bath we did come to a resolve by email and it was decided that we would walk away with no final payment and only the original 20% deposit with shower fully intact from the original install.  This was fully agreed upon all parties

On February 16, 2023 signed contract with what we thought was with frosted shower doors March 6th man came from ****** and left at 9:00 p.m Stayed in ********* so on March 7th came about 8:00 a.m. and left at 11:00p.m. on March 8th said it would be 4-5 hours BUT HE DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL 11:30 P.M. Then he just had plain glass shower doors!!On March 10th call from ***************************** with two options. 1 keep the clear glass doors and NOT pay the balance due or 2 . get frosted doors. That model would have two towel rods and it would take two weeks. After three and one half weeks on April 5th I called ****** to see when the doors would be here He said theyt only got one door so it would be the middle of the month.Received a call that they would be bringing the doors on April 20th On April 19th call from a woman saying she had forgot to send something so was overnighting it by Fed-x April 20th man brought frosted doors BUT NO TOWEL RODS. PIECES FROM Fed-X were just little door pulls I am a female who will soon be 91 years old and am getting stressed out dealing with your company. I will be attaching a copy of this e-mail with a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. My right hip is bone on bone and because of heart problems I am not a candidate for a replacement. So I am disappointed that it is not a walk-in shower but a 5-6 step and over one. Also I think my contract was for 32 and it is not that wide. My daughter says she can tell it isnt as big as our old one was as she hits her arms on the sides when she washes her hair.I left a message on Mr. ********* answering machine over a week ago and he has not returned my call.I have been waiting since March to get the correct shower doors. How much longer do I have to wait?
