    *** *******, ******* ** ******, ****** Rose ********, ****** ********, Rustic Woodworks, Yard Bars..?I purchased CrossFit Equipment (1 Rower, 2 GHD's, 2 Rogue Echo Bikes) from ****** ******* via ******** Marketplace ~April 2024 for ~******* USD. Equipment was scheduled to be delivered at my old residence for Gov't Household Goods shipment but didnt arrive. When contacted *** cited the floods as the hold up and said they'd ship to ******* since it was thier mistake. After time I asked for updates but "Toms wife" answered because *** was severely injured in an accident and that's why there was no communication. She apologized, cited she was swamped with gear shipments and asked for ****** USD to help container shipment cost of ~****** USD. Shipment has yet to arrive and last communication was December 2024. *** stated shipment was held up at ************** due to bridge collapse. I asked for tracking #, point of contact at port, verifiable info and there hasn't been any communication since. The ************************ website shows port has been fully operational since July 2024. CrossFit Grafenwhr (Bavaria *******) requests immediate refund of an ~******* USD spent so we can purchase need equipment on German economy. We also ask that the public be made aware of this business and that law enforcement be notified.

    I ordered cabinets from him. On January 3 of 2024 I used a credit card to pay them $457.95. I tried to pay the remainder for the cabinet on January 28, 2024. He actually came to my house to try to help me to get the apps. I ended up just writing him a check for $737.45. On February 29, I ordered a second cabinet for $279.50 and then on March 15 I ordered a third cabinet for $321.10. I have contacted him repeatedly but I have gotten no response his phone number is disconnected and he is not responding to any messages left on ******** messenger. I would like back the total amount I paid him which was $1796.

    I gave ***************************** a check for ****** to complete raised planters for my yard. Then he needed another *****. The check was written on 7-25--23 and the PayPal transfer on 8-23-23. He has excuses one after another and will not deliver the planter boxes. He continues to advertised in marketplace on ********* He disconnected his phone number and only is on ******** messenger.

    On March 8th of 2024 I had *** from Rustic Woodworks come to the house to measure for a fence to be installed in our side yard. He took measurements and printed out a contract totally $1988.75. He received $1500.00 as down payment stating that the installation would begin in three weeks maximum. It is now April 30th, and his phone number has been changed or disconnected. The work has not begun on the fence, and he will not respond to my messages. I have a receipt for the down payment which he signed, but he will not communicate with me. I would like a refund since I have lost all confidence in his integrity.

    On February 1st and 2nd, we paid a deposit for custom pantries and cabinet boxes. We paid a deposit of $2400 for this work. When we recieved our taxes we agreed to pay the remaining $820. ****** originally said he would be out to take measurements 1-2 weeks after the deposit and would have our cabinets within 4-6 weeks. When we contacted him, he said the pantries were finished but he wanted to deliver everything at the same time. I reminded him that he still needed to come out to take measurements for the lower boxes. We made an appointment which he canceled, then another, also canceled. We accepted due to a loss of a family member (February 23 and March 7). He further canceled another two appointments (March 20 and 29). There was at least one other cancelation that I lost the date for. We contacted him after he didn't show on March 29th and we haven't heard back from him since. We have requested a refund (or partial refund if he can deliver the pantries he said were finished immediately). We have sent him a certified letter requesting a refund. We still have not heard back from him. At this point, we believe we have been scammed. We will be taking him to civil court if we haven't heard from him within 5 days of receiving the letter.

    On October 3rd 2023 I ordered a cabinet online from Rustic Wood Works. At that time it was a pine cabinet. I paid (through cash app) $715.50 for the cabinet and $54.38 for shipping and handling. The next day ****** the owner contacted me and told me that he would be able to do the hickory cabinet I wanted but that it would be $150 more. So on October 4th I cash app him another $150 bringing the total to $876.38. I was supposed to receive the cabinet by the first week of November. To make a long story short I still have not received the cabinet and he will not give me a refund of my money. I also sent you a more detailed email of all the dates I tried to contact him for updates and or a refund. It will be in the email from ************************ till this date he has not responded back. I have to figure out how to email you the invoice and all the pms weve exchanged and the ones he hasnt responded to. Please help me get my money back. These are the dates I requested a refund through cash app the payment was sent to $MellisaJoHayden1 on October 3rd and 4th. I have requested a refund on December 11 2023, Dec 27 2023, Jan 17 2024 and Jan 28 2024. As of yet I am still being ignored. I have contacted cash app and they told me there is nothing they can do since payment was made and suggested I contacted you. At this point I just want my money back. He will not respond to my pms and request, its been one excuse after another and Ive obviously been scammed.
