      batter Built Garage finish my garage last year on november and this day my apron concrete outside de garage is peeling and the have holes and is only about 3 months and is damege now

      We explained to the customer that concrete is not guaranteed which is in the contract, however, they sent a picture which showed salt damage.  We sent a letter also after garage was built letting the customer know they should seal the concrete.

      Prior to the pandemic I reached out to this company to build me a new garage on my existing concrete slab. And it didn't seem to be a problem because I witnessed the company build a garage for my neighbor. When I reached out and explained to the representative of the company what my needs were he walked me through the building process and told me building the same garage as my neighbors wouldn't be a problem. He accepted a hundred dollar deposit and took measurements of my existing concrete slab and draw up the plans. Once again I explained what I was expecting and gave them a side by side comparison of my neighbors garage which sat less them five feet from my current garage. Because to the pandemic I chose not to go through with the build of the new garage because i was unsure of what would come of my current situation. Fast forward two years I reached back out to the company and wanted to give the build another chance since the world had some sense of normalcy again. Once again a representative come out to my house and I gave a verbal explanation of what I needed in a garage, i written explanation via text messages, and showed a side by side comparison of my neighbors garage which the company build just a few years prior. I gave a $3000 deposit to secure their services and then the day came to start the build. I handed over a $18,700 dollar check to the lumber delivery guy. When the actual builders got to my house I asked about the specifics of the build and that's when I noticed the first issue with what i asked the company to build for me. Before the started to work i reach out to the representative and he attempted to help correct the issue but the company wouldn't accommodate me on that request which is something I asked about prior and was told yes they would do it. A few hours later I checked to progess and noticed the garage was shorted then the garage I asked for and showed them I wanted.

      I am rejecting this response because: While meeting with the companies representative I explained my needs and showed them a side by side comparison of what I needed and wanted which was a garage that that also built which sat less then 5 feet from my garage. Just a few minutes prior To meeting with the rep I text him a exactly what I was looking for and upon arrival I showed him exactly what I wanted. Its not my job to measure anything for him thats exactly what I paid the company to do. If he wasnt sure of the exact measurements of the garage his company had already built he could have went back into their files and found it instead of just throwing numbers and measurements out there.
