      Best Built Lumber and Supply *** started working on a new garage for me in September. During the process, they need to add electricity to the garbage. They added the electricity to the box that was already in my house. Later on, my stove stopped working and I called ***** to repair it. When they came out, nothing was wrong with my stove. They said my fuse box was overloaded, and I would not have known it was the fuse box. It was conveyed to me that the garage company overloads my fuse box. I call them and ask them to correct the mistake, but they refuse. When the electrician came from the garage company, he told me he probably needed to add the fuse to another box, but he chose not to. Every time I call the garage company, it's a headache. Seniors and anyone else are not respected by them. My request is for them to come and fix the problem with the fuse box.

      We explained to the customer that we were not responsible for the existing electrical and she needed to contact a electrician to correct previous errors in her electrical box.

      I am rejecting this response because:  There was no issue with the electricity in my house.  Instead of adding a new box for the garage, your company added to the existing one, creating an overload.  The problem has already been communicated to me by the electrician from Sears.

      Please see attached the back of the contract the customer signed stating ******************************************* is not responsible for existing electric.  Customer needs to have a electrician fix.

      As previously stated, the customer needs to hire a electrician to correct the errors in her house, and also if there was a problem with the work we had done it never would of worked in the first place.  Garage was completed over 6 months ago.
