    2016 victory cross country dropped off for service and upgrades on May 17, 2022. Called checked in weeks later said they were waiting on parts due to pandemic left messages never got returned calls, then told person who fixing the bike was out sick continued to call checking status no return calls no communication no update most important no cost estimate before work which I repeatedly asked for. I stopped by and was told the repair person just got back it was 6 months later still no estimate was told I would get a call. April 7,2023 I get a call from ***** saying bike is repaired and ready to pick up balance owed $3900. I informed them I dont have that kind of money on hand I need a minute to figure it out someone was suppose to call me before the repair was done to discuss the price and get permission before proceeding. Was called back by ******* and told I would be charged $75 a day for storage if I didnt pick it up immediately. I explained I never got a call and have no idea what Im paying for not to mention they had the bike for a year. I was told I would get a call back after speaking to the manager. She never called back. I called back several times. Finally *** called said he has a loan I can apply for. I felt intimidated and pressured and fearful I applied and the interest rate is 30 plus percent. *** told me I had to come up with the additional money that the loan didnt cover immediately ** they are out of storage. I called *** back to discuss a possible price adjustment considering they had the bike for a year never got a estimate a call or anything. I believe this is deceptive practices not call for a year and now the bike is fixed and its $4k. I have no idea for what and now being pressured to pick it up immediately. *** said his hands were tied, however I was pressured to take a high interest loan so they wouldnt take possession of my bike. I have been without the bike for a year and no one contacted me for a update. I need help.

    **** motorsports sold me a lemon motorcycle bought it back and has had it since November 1st and hasnt paid the loan off. ******************* had me make another payment on the motorcycle that I no longer have.

    I am filing this complaint because we purchased an *** and plow from ****'s Motorsports of Monee on August 24, 2022 for $10,188.74. However, the company has not provided and installed the plow as promised by the following week. We made the purchase with ************************* who stated the plow wasn't in stock at the time of purchase. He strongly recommended me and my husband allow them to deliver the *** the next day. He stated that ****'s Motorsports would call us by the end of the following week to pickup the *** to be brought back to the dealership for installation. This never happened. We have called ******* repeatedly since August 24th without receiving a return phone call. On the rare occasions that we were able to connect with him, he just gave us the run around telling us that he'd call us back and that the installation would occur by the following week. In fact this is what he told my husband again last week, yet we didn't receive any call to facilitate installation this week as promised again. As a result, we met with ******* on October 6th to request our money back due to lack of delivery of the product and service by September 3rd in accordance with their word. ******* filled out a check request form for the refund and told us that we would receive a call the next day, October 7th, to pickup our check. A call to us never came. Instead, I called the business yesterday and was told by ***** that ******* was off and that there was no way I could possibly pickup a check that day because the process takes at least 14 business days. I asked to speak to a manager and was told by ***** that the *** **** would call me back yesterday. However, again this didn't happen. This is unacceptable. We paid for a product and service and have not received it as promised. We've been very patient and have allowed the company enough time to remedy the matter. We've received poor service and have been lied to repeatedly. We have all the paperwork to support this refund request.
