    I ordered a book for one of my classes on 2/1/2025 in the amount of $35.03 and I was told that the book would arrive by 2/8/2025. I did not receive tracking information, and when I put in my order on their website to gain tracking information, it said that "my order was not found" I reached out to them on 2/9/2025 inquiring about my package, to which they replied on 2/10/2025 "you get will get information soon" I waited until 2/22/2025 to respond. Still no tracking information. They wrote me back 2/24/2025 saying they had processed a refund on 2/4/2025.. which was three days after I ordered the book. I didn't ask for a refund until 2/22/2025. They've assured me that the refund would be back within 7-10 business days, which did not happen. they told me to reach out to my bank, which I did, and there is no refund pending. I have grown tired of the endless parade of deception and want something done. They either need to refund my money immediately, or send what I ordered. This is unacceptable.

    12/1/24 I accepted a ****** dollar offer for my items I scanned in with their system. At this point the company is a complete scam. Each one of my items I sent in were all in the same condition which was great quality. The fact that you the company isnt up front with their rejection policy is unfair to anyone using their site. When the company rejects *************************************************************** evidence of the poor quality this is ridiculous. I would've never ever even tried to use this company. Before we mailed any items we made sure each item was clean and ready to go. I used another company and they got the same quality items and paid me exactly what they quoted me. So it seems like this company accepts items then denies them when they arrive so they don't have to pay the quoted price and they can keep aka recycle/resell the rest of my items keeping your money and the items. It is also quite odd that you have many different names for your company I currently have your app and it is different name then the emails sent from you as well as the shipping label you provided me.This is stealing 32 of my items and leaving me scammed.

    I am rejecting this response because: Im confused on why Im not getting help from this company. I have sent you the requested pictures of everything I mailed you with time stamps showing the quality of the items I have mailed. 


    You said you would look into this. Im concerned on why this company isnt helping me. And keeps coming up with ways not to help me. 


    At this point I am getting scammed I sent you 33 in great shape items as seen in the pictures and only one is of quality, I do not believe this at all. Especially looking at the pictures I took Im seeing the amazing quality I sent you. They were packaged well as seen in the requested pictures with the time stamps. This is theft of my items. You will not send me pictures of the items I sent you like the pictures I have before I mailed them. I have never had issues mailing things to anyone. Im very particular about how I mail things. 


    Can I get my items back at this point and then we can move on from all of this or the money that I was quoted? I was really hoping to work with this company. 

    If this isnt going to work we might need mediation from BBB. I sent you good as seen in pictures you requested, this company only paid me for one. Kept 32 and recycled/resold the other 32 items.  When I look up more about this company I see this happens to many people and I wish I researched more before I got scammed. I request you send me time stamped pictures of my items you received.

    Hello there,

    I really need help! I have provided pictures with time stamps showing proof of my items in great shape. Then pictures with time stamps showing how well we packaged our item. 

    I'm not sure what else to do. I don't get how a company can just keep my items saying they are ruined without any proof. I was supposed to get $406 from this exchange. This company at this point is scamming me. The more I look up reviews I see they have done this to many people who have sent them items. Not sending money nor proof saying item was received in bad shape. 

    Any ideas? I can send some of the reviews from other people that had the same issue with them. 

    I have attached some of the reviews of other people being scammed by this company as well.

    On numerous dates and every chance I have given SBYB they have consistently lied and scammed and have stolen money each every time and transaction. They claim books that are brand new are too damaged to pay for them or that they dont arrive at their facility, they are a fraud committing a nationwide scam and must be shut down.

    I am rejecting this response because: Problem is not resolved and nothing was answered by the scamming party. Instead, the scamming party chose to focus on a tiny fraction of part of one problem that I had stated and asked for irrelevant and impossible evidence that has no relevance to the situation that the scamming company provides a shipping return labels and then claims that packages aren't received. The scamming company has consistently and persistently stolen items from me and many other victims nationwide in a grand scam and must be shut down.

    On 9/13/24 I sent in a book to be purchased with a quote of $110.I got an email stating they would give me 0 because it is an instructor's edition.The book I sent was a rental that I purchased and not an instructor's edition.I expressed my concerns to them and they said sorry our terms and conditions state zero. I asked them to return it and they refused. The attached picture of my book clearing shows its a rental. I have several other pictures of this book if you need to see the condition.     I sent this company 12 books. I checked each book off the invoice before I sent it. The box was more than adequately taped to survive shipping intact. When they received the shipment, they said one book was missing. This is highly unlikely and very suspect on their part. Coincidentally, it was one of the most expensive books. This business is potentially running a scam saying that certain books are there or not there and there is no way for the customer to prove it. It is their word against the customer's and the customer has no ability to dispute their claim that **surprise, surprise** the 2nd most expensive book of a 12 book shipment suddently isn't there.

    That is the exact response they gave me the first time. I did not find this response acceptable then, nor now.

    There were 12 books in the box, not 11 as they claim. It is HIGHLY unlikely that only one book was missing. The box was adequately secured for transit. They should have taken pictures of the opened box to prove that somehow, as implausible as it seems, someone breached the box to remove just one book.

    Once they claim that a book is not there, there is nothing a customer can do to refute this claim, and they know it.

    On 8-26-24 I purchased a dvd - The Olympic Series, Golden Moments in thee amount of: $5.70 + taxes = $6.10. In addition, several other olympic dvds that I decided to return because none of them met my expectations of enjoying athletic competition legends in action, but this particular one was omitted from order history list online, but not by me. I noticed that the delivery personnel was extremely interested in my feedback and was also overly personal too. Anyway now the seller is being too terrorisically nasty about this refund that I am requesting that freely paid for his product that was delivered to me but wasn't what I expected. He suddenly suggested that I file an appeal this case and when I filed thee appeal he would not overturn his decision of satisfying me as a customer that I should repeat my business with this him as a seller. Feedback- negative, no stars. You stink! I explained to this seller that this was removed from order/purchase history list and could return it during this period; July 31st, thru August 30th, 2024. Suddenly I would estimate a week or less ago from today's date in review of my inventory count I noticed that this olympic dvd has reappeared and I would like my return/refund submitted to my account and **** payment method ending in: 9291 for $6.10 immediately.

    I traded in books with this vendor on July 26 - Trade ID: *********. I traded the books with ****** USA which also works under the name of Sell Your Books and World of Books. They stated the books were received and they issued payment to my bank account. The payment was never received, and I sent numerous e-mails. Bank of America was willing to set up a three-way communication to verify non-payment, but the company has refused and is unwilling to send the bank a transaction no, that the payment was successfully transferred. ******* USA refuses to confirm that they have my correct bank account no, on file, and will not contact me directly. They do their communication by e-mail or messaging, and I have been unable to speak with a person in their ************* who claims that the payment was successful and did not bounce back. I am a 71-year-old woman who uses the money for medical transportation, I need help with their unethical behavior and their inadequate responses. Their business model makes the seller wrong and refuses to supply information to negotiate a settlement. Even my bank is willing to confirm that I did not receive payment. Numerous online responses indicate that the company has done this with other vendors as well.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Ziffits USA is not telling the truth.  I have corresponded with Ziffits_USA directly from July to August. All of the submitted attachments indicate that my emails went to Ziffits_USA not Sell Back Books.  If the Better Business sent the communication to Sell Back Backs, it is because they have the same address as Ziffit_USA.  Both Sell Back Books and Ziffit_USA received all the emails and communications.  As well as the two bank letters that were sent to Ziffit_USA. an offer was made to set up a three way phone conference. Ziffit_US never responded.  The official letter from Bank of America supplied my correct bank account and routing number, and they confirmed that the Ziffits_US_July 27 payment that was sent by World of Books did not go through and the money was returned to them.  Their ************ should have records from their bank that would indicate their transactions.  All correspondence from the Better Business Bureau was also sent by me to Ziffits_USA.  A review of every attachment that was sent to the Better Business Bureau indicates repeated attempts by the company not to honor their payments.  A fact check in the emails will indicate that the company has repeatedly lied and promised payment.  I am now in the position that a disreputable company has my bank account and routing numbers.  The company will continue to delay payment until the Better Business Bureau or I give up.  The problem began on July 27, and they still do not indicate if their transaction went through.  The delay tactics are manipulative, and they need to provide proof of the transaction. The payment did not go through, and their responses are meant to deceive the customer

    Seller has refused to email me return shipping label, so that I can return purchase for a refund of $7.41. I have only received a link, which is very hard to understand!
