      In 2020 we paid Midwest Windows and Doors to take out a French door and replace it with a new one given water intrusion issues. They certified that installing a new door would stop the water issues, and that as a part of the job they would flash the new door. Fast forward to after the door installation water issues persist and we have tried to email and call Midwest Windows and Doors to alert them of the issue and that external contractors have confirmed no flashing was installed /the door was not installed properly. Midwest windows and doors will not return our communication and is failing to uphold their warranty on the work provided, nor did they perform the contracted work under the required specifications. Because they will not respond we were required to seek an external contractor to do the work and paid him ***** so we would like reimbursement of this expense
