    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.   After informing *****'s Flooring and Design that I had filed a complaint with the BBB, they did provide me with a detailed accurate receipt.  Please consider the complaint resolved.

    *****************************id a small amount of work that was not originally listed on the estimate. If he is considering the work not done and the work not originally listed to be a 'wash' there is no logical reason why he cannot provide a final itemized invoice listing the work done. As the job done by *****'s Flooring and Design involved repairing flooring installed improperly by another company and removing flooring and drywall to provide access for plumbers to fix improperly installed plumbing, I also need a final accurate invoice in order to pursue a lawsuit against the companies that did the initial install of the flooring and plumbing. The estimate from ***** contains work not needed, and therefore cannot be used in court. I have no idea why he is refusing to provide an final invoice and cannot justify making payment if I don't know what I am being billed for and how he is calculating what he says I owe. I am more than happy to make payment upon receipt of a an accurate itemized final invoice.
