      They ran my car through car wash without my consent and then that resulted in my windshield being damaged and cracked. I consulted with service advisor and general manager ***** C*** and they didnt seem to care or want to even help. Kept saying not my problem and theyre not gonna do anything. Before my service, they did a multi point inspection and took images and theres was no crack. They never even mentioned it to me when car was ready for pickup.

      I was looking to purchase a new Honda and had Napleton Honda of Morton Grove provide me an on-line quote. I received the price and then asked for an out the door price. I followed up and requested a vehicle breakdown cost and told them I wanted to purchase the vehicle. The dealership replied that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I confirmed my arrival time and they told me the car was ready. I proceeded to the dealership and they brought out a black vehicle. I told them I was purchasing a gray vehicle. They said “sorry, that was sold yesterday”. Then why did you tell me it was available 2 hours before I showed up?
      I read other reviews, including from the Better Business Bureau, and there were other comments about a bait and switch at this dealership. I told myself, well, they already confirmed the car is ready. Well, guess what, it was not and the other reviews were true. I would HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT do business with this dealership. They cannot be trusted. If you do, shop at your own risk and beware of what they do.

      I'll probably have the best car buying experience I've had ever with ***** ******** in Napleton Honda. He was honest and it felt like he tried to get me the best possible deal he could.

      I took my car in for service . My car was immaculate as I had just washed and waxed my car the day before.
      When the completed the work on my car they had it for one full business day . The next morning I went to get my car and it was filthy. Absolutely shameful. I brought it to the service advisors attention and her response was ……….i don’t know what to tell you they were working underneath your car!!! Wow I insisted they wash it and return it to me in the same condition as it was presented. She said they would wash it . She comes to me with my keys and I go to get my car. Now the window lining on the passenger side is hanging halfway down my car. They damaged my car during the car wash. I go back inside and bring her outside to my car.
      She’s like are you sure this wasn’t like this. Omg no!!!! Then she says ok we will order the part and fix it. For free
      As if!!!!!!!
      A terrible experience I would never go back.

      Took my Honda Pilot in for 60 K maintenance. The next day my son noticed oil under my car. They blamed the leak on the filter but took no ownership for the lack of checking their own work. They offered no apology or compensation for the mistake. They had my car for two and a half hours changing other fluids and this went unnoticed by their mechanics. I have gotten better service by high school kids at ********** at least there if your oil leaks they do it in 15 minute wait.

      Bought 4 tires from Castle Honda in November 2021 & later that month Napleton take over the facility. When I bought the tires I was told that the new ownership will honor the warranty on tires, but when I went for the tire issues the service department denied to honor the warranty on tires and told that I have to pay the for Tire *************** replacement, which is damaged.I left couple of messages for both *************************** manager but never received the call or any solution to this. Anyone, who has the same kind of issues with service ***** or someone advice what to do next.

      I purchased a used car from them back in April. When I purchased the car there was only one key available. Napleton Honda told me they would look for the key and mail it. Time has past Ive called the dealer, emailed, texted the dealer and nobody has responded to any of my inquiries. Right now I just want an answer and for them to accept responsibility.

      Be aware- Unprofessional and unethical. Purchased a brand new 2023 Honda Odessey, advertised the vehicle at $**** less than MRSP. Was then compelled to pay about $**** for interior/exterior protection warranty for seven years by claiming that this has already been applied to the vehicle. They tried to cheat by removing the coverage when i was paying for the car, discovered that despite me charging the $ ****, they were getting the paperwork without the warranty. They added it again after i discovered it missing after approval of store manager. They did not disclose the terms of the coverage as these are listed on page 2 and 3 of the documents. The provide only one page for signatures and hide other two pages where terms and conditions are listed. The page for signature does not say page 01 of 03 so customers don't know all terms and conditions of the coverage. Called them as I was going to sell my vehicle and expected that the $**** will be refundable or transferrable and was told that it is NON refundable and NON transferrable. Tried to locate page 2 and 3 which were never provided. Spend your money somewhere else where its worth it.

      At first I bought a 2022 demo *** EX L at Napleton Honda of Morton Grove on Saturday night as I was told there were no new EX L ***'s available. At the end of the purchase saw damage to the vehicle and was told it would be fixed. I asked for the manager ****** but was told he was gone for the day. I was not happy the damage was not disclosed to me before the sale. The dealership was closed on Sunday so I called at 9:00 am Monday morning and spoke with the manager ******. He said bring in the vehicle and we would work things out since they somehow got a new 2023 *** in. When we sat down to discuss the matter in short he wanted a $5,000 premium over Manufactures listed price and then said he would trade in the *** from Saturday evening at a $4,600 deficit. So I ended up spending around $9,600 more than the listed price. This is truly a rip off to a 69 year old man. Not happy with the treatment and price that was extorted from me. He originally started at a loss to me of $16,000 but came down to $9,600. This not a way to do business is it? bought extra warrantees also. Ended up paying just under $52,000 not right...
