    I hired this company to create a business ******** and Instagram page on June 13th 2023 I was originally working with a man named ****** from a company called ThecreativeBullpen who turned me over to a man named ****. I was told this would only take 3-5 days to complete. Weve Ive been calling and texting with **** he sent me a few progress pictures and logo and then I didnt hear from him for several days I called/text he finally responded on the June 27th stated he had been out sick said he was going to send updates or info for me to look at I never received anything. I called and texted yesterday no response I reached out again to him today he respond via text message today saying that he was on his way into the office and hed have an update for me today its currently 9:43pm and I havent heard anything back. Unfortunately theyve already paid in full.
