    The trees are never cut so the limbs fall and cause damage. Management changes every few months and nothing is ever done to address problems. People park in the middle of the street and put cones around their car, but because they are friends with the office this road hazard is ignored. They have a boil order almost every single month. They entice you to live here by saying it's such a good place to live and we care about our residents, but if you ask a majority of the community we all hate what they have done to this place. They will fine you for your yard,but if you bring anything to their attention you are blown off. When your home,car or shed is damaged by their trees they claim act of God when it is gross negligence and willful misconduct. They send you to eviction court even after you have paid the same day.
