  Just had Fischer compete a second job for me. They trimmed up an oak tree… removing dead branches, thinning out the canopy, and cutting back branches that were hanging over the house. Other than the tree now being trimmed up (and looking great), you’d never know they were there. They cleaned up everything! No mess. Highly recommend them!!

  Just had a large maple tree removed (including grinding out the stump) annd I had another large maple trimmed. Great communication, fast response, and fair price. They not only did an outstanding job, they left the yard very clean… better than when they showed up! I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with their work. Great company to work with!!

  They removed a massive maple that was near the house and ground and removed the stump and stumps from three other trees we'd removed ourselves. Cost was the same as the quote. They cleaned up nicely.

  Is this called highway robbery!? They came out with an unwritten estimate of 15K to 20K!!!!! I just had it all done by an HONEST COMPANY FOR $2100!!!!!
  I'm a 69 year old senior. I was scared when 2 big trees fell on my garage. They came over ... EMERGENCY EMERGENCY...and pushed me to sign an emergency contract...before I even talked to my insurance.
  Then verbally tell me 15K to 20,OOO$$$$$$.
  My insurance company freaked:) I cancelled the contract.
  Unprofessional and possibly...elder abuse.
  I hired a local...he gave me a $2000 quote!!!!! It's already done.
  This is disgusting behavior by a supposed 5 STAR company!!!!

  Cheryl P************* I’m sorry you feel that way, but we were professionals & never miss-lead you. We were called out because 2 trees had fallen on your attached garage & part of your house & had perturbed through your roof & also came through a wall. So by industry standards it was deemed Emergency Work. We explained everything on our contract to you & our rates were clearly listed on the contract. We gave you a ball park estimate of what it would cost to do 2 days of labor for Damage Mitigation (Emergency Work) before you signed it. We explained to you what you needed to do to contact your insurance to work it out before we proceed with any work. You expressed that you would talk to the adjuster when he called which was not ideal due to the rain in the forecast within the next few days. Since you signed our contract you legally gave us permission to speak with your insurance only in regards to the tree work. I called your local insurance rep who you provided contact & he was irritated with both of us & very rude. He said that “he had told you it was not an emergency, but he told me that he doesn’t have the authority to deem it that specifically & only the adjuster can.” He said he didn’t provide you with the claim number which I’m not sure why, but he gave it to me & I provided it to you. I even went out of my way to call the adjuster, but got hung up on after sitting on hold for 45mins. All of which I explained to you & you were fine with on Friday evening. Then Saturday morning you started harassing us & slandering us. I explained we were not moving forward with any work unless you contacted us to do so. However you continued to slander us. We only tried to help you in this horrible situation. We were professional & considerate. I don’t appreciate this review because it is not honest. I’m glad you got it done, but we are a business & follow industry standards. We have over a million dollars worth of equipment & a crew that specializes in emergency work & we cater to customers with these circumstances at the drop of a hat, rain or shine, 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Our Emergency rates are comparable to our local competitors that also specialize in this type of work.
