    On the date of 4-26-2022 I hired the company to remove debris, trees, and a condemned house on an area measuring 50 feet by 100 feet. After completion I inspected the area and was not satisfied with what they agreed to do. They left tree stumps. Did not level the ground. Left behind far too much of downed dead trees. I tried negotiating a lower price of the $8,300.00 which they would not agree to. I did write to them on May 10 2022 telling them they needed to come back and clear up the problem or I would have to take the step further to a legal matter. In the letter I also told them they were not to call me, come to my home or on the lot with out my permission. **** ***** who over saw the company called me 7 days later which I did not answer. I wanted a paper trail in order to have if it in the event I had to take them to court. On the 8th day Mr. ***** shows up at my Niece's home, where I was visiting at the time. My Nephew-inlaw and a friend of the family came out to see what he wanted. We proceeded to the lot area that they was suppose to clean up. First words out of his mouth were "Because we are a contracted company, we are not allowed on any County or City property" I got sick to my stomach when he said that because they knew before work began that 1/2 of the 50' by 100' area was City owned and proceeded to clear it any way. He refused to talk to me and proceeded to talk to the 2 males on what needed to be done. Around May 28 I saw T&L crew go to lot and start redoing the area. Still they cleared the City lot area and left my area not complete. Around Sept. I found out from a City employee that T&L did not have a permit to take down home and that they did dig up my main sewer line which was suppose to be capped along with my main gas line and water line. I still have a large dip in my lot that they were suppose to fill in also. I sent a certified letter on Nov. 3. 2022 That due to them damaging the Main sewr, gas and water line they needed to get their insurance company to contact me to get this situation resolved. As of today date of Nov. 27, 2022, I've received no notice of delivery of letter nor any contact from their Insurance company. I don't know what else to do. I'm tring to get pics of area involved but unable to at this time.
