    rent one does not end contracts and luck up their merchandise when the customer asks. They make appointments to pick up the merchandise and do not show up and do not call. Then they say they do not end the contract until the merchandise is picked up. In the meantime they are still trying to charge you. The very least they can do is to annotate this in your record so they are not trying to collect. They are inept and participate in unfair business practices, the customer should not be paying for their incompetence. Ince the customer says to pick up the merchandise they should end collections on that merchandise. I called and gave them approximately a four day notice, that was more than sufficient in this little bitty town. They said they would pick it up the day after my current payment period ended and they did not show up. I received a collection text and Icalled they arranged to puck it up the very next morning g and they failed to show up once again and neither time did they call me to reschedule. Then yesterday in a Sunday I received a collection text again. I responded to that text and they told me they were calling to check to see if I would be home to puck up the merchandise...that was a flat out lie!! I have no missed calls on my phone or no texts stating such, just collection texts from them.

    I have reviewed Ms. ********s account with the Regional Sales Manager for the *****, Rent One. He has reviewed our return policy with the Store Manager to ensure they follow the company protocol. It appears that we have completed the job s requested by Ms. *******, the account has been closed with no additional money due.
