    On 5/12/24 I purchased two tickets to see Hairball in concert at this outdoor music venue. Show date was for 6/22/24. It was advertised as a rain or shine event. Despite tornado warnings in the county of this venue, they continued to advertise on Rhythm Section Amphitheater ******** page, the show was on as scheduled.(See this FB page for details on all references made in this statement). After the opening act, they eventually cancelled the headlining band due to extreme weather. ******** never took the stage/never performed. Many customers, including myself, requested refunds on RSAs FB page. We were told it was up to Hairball to determine if a reschedule date would be granted. We bought tickets via the venue, not directly via the band, so why wasnt a refund granted from Rhythm Section? On 7/4/24 the venue advertised on FB, a reschedule date for Hairball to return on Sat 8/31/24 and previously purchased tickets would be granted. This seemed like a good resolution, however, when viewing Hairballs touring dates, they were booked to perform in ******** on 8/31/24. Despite this being a topic of conversation on Rhythm Sections FB page, they continued to advertise the show, sell more tickets, and state Hairball wasnt offering refunds. Our only option was to attend the rescheduled show for 8/31/24 (that wasnt ever on Hairballs personal schedule). On 8/7/24 Rhythm Section announced on their FB page that Hairball accidentally booked themselves for another gig that night and now the rescheduled date of 8/31/24 will no longer take place. They continued to say in their post, that our tickets will be golden for a rescheduled show in the future and stated the rescheduled date would not be during this season but sometime in the future. I have reached out several times via FB messenger to this venue asking for a refund, resulting in no response. I purchased tickets via this venue, not Hairball, therefore I feel they need to take ownership and refund my money.
