      I bought a motor got a warranty put on it the motor went bad in like 2months called the warranty on the motor they wanted proof I took care of my car got that to them they sent a replacement and the replacement is bad and there not trying to replacement the replacement

      ***************** purchased an engine from us on 5/25/2023 with a 1 year parts and labor warranty with a labor protection of $1200 (1 time replacement and payout as stated on our invoice), however had to make payments on the engine where he finally paid it off 8/31/23.  My ******* had an issue on 4/10/2024, we sent a 1 time replacement of the part and expressed that if he wanted to renew the warranty for another year and add labor coverage it would cost him $300 which we would take out of the labor check. We sent the replacement part and the labor check closing the claim on 4/26/2024.  We accidently sent him a full check of the $1200, when we contacted ***************** about owing $300 for the second replacement warranty. He said he was not willing to send us the $300, we expressed this would void the extended warranty and would only give him a 30 day warranty. ***************** stated on 8/28/2024 that he was having issues, however this was 3 months after the replacement and 60 days past the warranty. If ***************** would have sent back the $300 for the warranty this would have been covered.
