    I placed an order for 10 Liters of ********************* on September 26th. Once it arrived I noticed right away that it did not smell good and was not like the product that I had ordered from them before. I sent them messages in the chat and did not receive a response. I later submitted a request form for someone to contact me about the issue and did so again today. I also found their number and gave them a call. They were not friendly at all and told me I was outside the exchange window of 14 days. I told them that I would have been well within that had anyone gotten back to me. He stated there was nothing they could do and now I am stuck with $255 worth of bad product. No attempts were made to help resolve the situation and they were very rude with me. I will attach some of the documentation. I do not have proof of the chats because it did not send me an email record of them. Just for further documentation. The product arrived on September 28th. The tracking number was 1ZV630A90305008768
