    THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!! BE AWARE THAT THEY MAY SHIP YOUR ITEMS INCORRECTLY AND THEN WAIT TWO WEEKS TO TELL YOU THEYRE OUT OF STOCK AND CANT SEND THE CORRECT ITEM!!

    Buyer Beware!Never received my product I ordered online, and refused to refund my money. I ordered on 10/14 they said to wait until 10/19. 10/19 arrived, still no package! When I emailed them about my package, they told me to open a claim with ***** Don't buy from this place! Whatever they sell you can buy from AMAZON instead! At least they won't try and steal your money!

In order for us to process your refund you must open a claim/case with the shipping provider. They will then investigate your claim/case to ensure that the item has been misplaced. This is the same thing that amazon does within their delivery service. The procedure has to take place to protect the shipping provider as well as Samsbeauty from possible theft. Once the claim/case has been opened our CS team can follow up and issue your refund. We appreciate your business and support.-SamsBeauty
