      I purchased a 18V PROFACTOR Brushless Lithium-Ion 12 in. Cordless Dual-Bevel Glide Miter Saw Kit (BSHNGCM18V-12GDCN14) from a retailer (CPO). Profactor Tools are advertised to come with a 180-day, no questions asked guarantee. I contacted Bosch Tools to see what needed to be done to initiate this guarantee and return the saw. I received an email back asking me to email ******************************************************************* and was assured that customer service would guide me through the 180-day guarantee process from there. I tried that and the email got kicked back as not existing. So I called Bosch directly. They told me that this was an issue I needed to take up with the retailer. So I contacted the retailer, who said that the 180-day guarantee is something to take up with Bosch. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone at Bosch who will honor this guarantee. They keep attempting to kick me back to the retailer. Even the dedicated 180-day guarantee page on the Bosch website (**********************************************************************) is a no-longer-functioning 404 page. Both Bosch's own website and the retailer I purchased from (CPO) advertise this tool as qualifying for this 180-day, no questions asked guarantee, but I can't get anyone at Bosch to actually tell me what I need to do to send it back. Please contact me to get this resolved.
