Custom Project Return Policy:
Due to the bespoke nature of our services and products at Denali Tech, all sales are final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will address any concerns on a case-by-case basis. Should you encounter an issue with your custom installation or product, please contact us at [email protected] or call (312) 500-3053 within 14 days of project completion.
Defective Products:
If products are found to be defective or not functioning as promised, we will collaborate with you to resolve the issue. This may include repairs, replacements, or adjustments, in line with the manufacturer's warranties.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before project commencement are subject to a 20% processing fee. Once a project has begun, refunds are not available due to the custom nature of our work.Privacy Policy:
