    I brought our car in to replace the front brake pads. I was told the job would take 1.5 hours. The manager, **** advised me that they were having some issues. It took much longer than expected, At 7pm they thought they were done and while the brake mechanic took the car for a test drive, the manager rang up the transaction and charged our credit card for the repair. The car did not pass the test drive, The mechanic had to engage the emergency brakes to get the car to brake. The brake job was not done. Our credit card was charged. I walked home that day without our car. On Monday I was told it could be that they were given bad calipers, or something with the master cylinder, or the brake booster. I was told many, many things; all of which were untrue. By Friday, 6 days later our car was in pieces (master cylinder removed and brake booster) and still not repaired. We had to have our car towed to our local mechanic. They advised us nothing was wrong with our brake booster or master cylinder, The car came into them with a dead battery, the master cylinder and brake booster were just tossed inside the car loosely, not even with all their parts. I had to drive back to pick up the cap for the master cylinder reservoir. Our local Mechanic advised us the calipers were installed incorrectly, they were on the wrong side with the Bleeders facing down. I am very upset about the fact of how this was handled, how I have reached out many times to get this issue resolved and have been told that they would,and nothing has happened. **** the manager has even hung up the phone on my wife, when she called to request a refund. This was a horrible experience and a huge inconvenience, We were without our car for 10days. We were told many things and nothing was done to rectify the situation. So note to self don't get anything done here besides an oil change. Also we went here twice before to get an oil change and they were out of oil.
