  The owner was very prompt in initially coming out to quote the removal of several trees and shrubs, along with trim work on a number of large trees. He efficiently observed the site and offered valuable advice on the right approach. I was very impressed with the care and consideration he took with my property. I asked them to trim the large oak tree in my front yard in early spring, however he correctly advised me that doing so at that time of the year would risk introducing a major disease that could kill the tree and recommended I wait until late fall/early winter. This one act represented to me a company that acted with extensive knowledge and integrity. When the time came for the work to be performed the crew worked safely and efficiently and were pleasant to interact with. Lastly, my interactions with the office staff were tremendous. I called to make payment over the phone and they ensured they were speaking to me on a secured line to only one person to ensure my credit card information was safe. Brown Tree Service is a great organization end-to-end.

  I recently had the pleasure of hiring Brown Tree Service for a much-needed pruning, trimming and also the removal of a tree. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience on working with *** and his entire team. From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, their professionalism and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.The process began with a prompt and thorough estimate, where *** took the time to assess the scope of the job and answer all my questions. The transparency in outlining the costs and the breakdown of services instilled confidence in their reliability. Once I decided to move forward, the scheduling was convenient and accommodating. On the day of the service, the crew arrived punctually and their efficiency in executing the tree trimming was impressive. The crew diligently cleaned up debris, leaving my yard looking immaculate.   I first used Brown Tree service 10 years ago when I needed a tree removed. Unlike all the other tree services I called that never returned my call, Brown returned my call and responded to my house within a few days to give me a quote. Because their service was great on that first occasion I have hired them several times since then and I am always pleased with their service. My most recent experience with them was November 2023. On this occasion they trimmed a half dozen trees on my property, planted a new tree, removed old overgrown bushes, and planted new bushes to replace the older ones. The work looks great, they are very professional, they do a good job of cleaning up, and they respect my property. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service.

  I used Brown Tree Service last year to trim the tree in front of my house. I asked them about planting a tree in the backyard. They helped select the right tree for our needs (shade). *** kept in touch with me by both email and phone calls to determine the right placement of the tree. Being out of town the day the tree was planted I was contacted by the installers prior to their arrival and confirmed the tree planting location. After planting the tree I sent pictures of how it looked and its location. Brown Tree Service was great.

  Brown Tree service was fantastic in every step of the process.From contacting them to immediate email response followed up by Mr. ********************** coming to our home.We lost a ************* tree - close to home, with a few others not looking so good.*** ***** informed us of the "****" disease on oaks, sad but true. It was hard to swallow the verdict but *** ensured us all would get done + some. The + some was the icing on the cake for me. His crew came on time, every day- they were here for 3 full days.All were very professional, polite, hard workers with great attitudes. I highly recommend ***** **** *******. ***********************

  I called Brown Tree Service to assess the dying trees on our business property and ****** came out and examined them. He explained what was happening with them and with their advanced age and deterioration, recommended removing them. I agreed with his assessment, and he gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot.A couple days later *** and the crew came out and carefully removed all three of the dying trees and ground out the stumps the following day.****** sent me information on possible replacement trees, detailing all the pros and cons of each, such as flowers, fruits, autumn leaf color, and I'm totally looking forward to this coming fall when we will get the new trees planted.Very informative, professional and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone in need of tree care.

  I recently used Brown Tree Service for the second time. I appreciate that the owner *** ***** comes out to do the estimate and make recommendations. They provide a detailed written quote, which some other companies don't provide. The crew arrived ahead of time, and the ******* spent time with me to ensure that the work to be performed was confirmed. They worked very efficiently and completed the job within the prescribed time frame. They did a good job in cleaning ** afterwards. Brown Tree conducts business in a professional manner and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

  They took my call and responded promptly. Actual work of tree removal was performed as scheduled, including cutting the tree one day and grinding the ***** the other day. The owner promised to take care of the landscaping light that was damaged during ***** grinding, and I think that is a bonus to the overall service.

  Brown Tree Service is by far the best tree company to hire. The workers are excellent and very professional. We have used them many times and will continue to use them for all of our tree needs.

  We needed a tree removed, new tree planted and advice on what to plant for some privacy in the yard. We called a few tree services and Brown called us back the same day and even showed up the same day for the initial consultation! Two of the other companies we called haven't ever called back. We got advice on what to plant in the back yard and what would be a nice tree to replace the one we were taking down. The old tree was removed pretty promptly and communication was great. Clean up was excellent. I was worried because we were hosting something at the house the evening of the tree removal, but they were raking petals and debris out of the lawn when I arrived home. Excited to see our new tree and shrubs and we have some future projects we are saving up for that we will definitely be calling Brown about. Almost forgot to say their pricing was definitely competitive, and we found them to be a little less expensive than the other estimates we got.
