    unfortunately in this case, I am writing this in tears. And now I'm the process of having to file bankruptcy bc of Nelson's Auto... I bought my 2019 Jeep compass from Nelson's Auto Feb 14th 2024. I put ******* down and had a credit score of 780. I clearly stated when I bought the vehicle, I need a reliable vehicle, I am a single parent of 4 children and 1 being Autistic, needing an extended warranty.Due to all my sons therapy and Dr. ****** I was financed through ************************, and given Route66 as an extended warranty company. Everything was great In the beginning. They even delivered the vehicle to my job. Within a few months of having the vehicle, the engine light came on. It has been down hill since, to this very day. I took the vehicle back to Nelson's. They could not find the problem. I then took it to ******** in *******. They located the issue within an hour..(The Head gasket was glued together) come to find out. Got the car towed to Nelson's Auto. This vehicle was a Lemon Car from the very beginning.. Nelson tried to fix the issue in the *beginning.*. ONLY bc Pitstop actually found the problem. It was not fixed properly, it caused even more issues by Nelson's Auto.1. Spark plugs were never changed 2.fuel injectors leaking 3. Ac cooling no longer works.. This vehicle only has ***** miles. According to **** "YES, there is something wrong with your car but we cant find the problem then asked me to take it back to ******* for them to help locate the issue again bc they can never find anything wrong. The vehicle has been in the shop a total of 10x with the same error code. Per **** and **** Nelson, I cannot trade it in, the will not buy it back or give me a refund. Per **** Nelson , he stated his dealership does not report to Carfax for personal reasons..NOW, I know why. Pitstop was told by the Nelson Auto, they took parts off another vehicle, and placed them on my vehicle, I am stuck with a LEMON CAR..

    It has been a year and a half since you purchased your vehicle from us, during which time we've serviced it multiple times at no charge to youincluding replacing the engine with a used one, at $0.00 cost to you.While we cannot prevent mechanical issues from occurring, weve consistently done our best to support you and keep your vehicle on the road. At this point, we have gone above and beyond what could reasonably be expectedlegally, morally, or otherwise.We understand that you're frustrated now that we are no longer able to continue providing free repairs. We suggested you bring it back to Pit Stop since you declined to share any of the repair costs at 1.5 years or follow our recommendations.Please note that we were not involved in the sale of the warranty you purchased. Had you consulted us, we could have offered you a warranty plan that would have provided actual coverage for the issues you've experienced.
