    On 12/6/2024 a settlement agreement was agreed by and between myself (***************************) and Allied Waste Services of North America LLC for the amount of $4,331.25, equivalent to the DIMISHED VALUE of my vehicle related to an incident occurred on 6/2/2023 when a driver from Allied Waste backed into my parked vehicle (claim #*****K689211). As of 6/3/2024, Allied Waste Services has not made the payment agreed upon on this settlement despite the several messages, calls and letters sent.I am attaching the diminished valued release that I signed, and I am requesting help in getting this payment.

    I have only received a letter from your insurance company regarding a claim 23388K693846 which is not mine. This claim is for someone else: *************************************.

    My claim number is 23388K689211.  Please make sure your insurance company contacts me this week providing the tracking number of the check.
