    I got a hotel on Thursday the 6th of June. Paid 75$ for room plus deposit which was 50$. Got the room and it had bugs in the bed and shower and faucet . So I asked for my money back and I'd go to another hotel and the worker refused to give me my refund after seeing the bugs inside the room . He begged to show me another room but hat room also had bugs . The worker showed me 5 rooms and they all had bugs in the beds and showers and still refused to give me my refund. He then said that I could stay in a room for free and I could talk to the manager in the morning but that room also had bugs so I didn't even get to sleep and had spent all my money on this room . I was in and out and finally grabbed my bags and waited inside my car until the manager was there . The manager never came the lady at the desk called him and said someone was there to talk to him about a refund and he said no. I have videos and pictures of the bugs and I deserve a refund I never slept in the room wasn't in there 5 min .

    Guest checked into room 521 at 23:36 on 06/06/24 and complained about bugs in the room. The front desk clerk checked the room and found no bugs but a small stain on the sheet which the guest was referring. ***** was looked at room **************************** room 605 at 00:33. ***** stayed on property till 05:15 am and was issued a refund of $50 for the deposit. Per our deposit refund procedure, the front desk clerk verified that the bed and shower were used. During the stay not a single staff member agree to a free night stay. In addition, we have regular pest control service treatment done by Terminix, but due to the nature on the property being an exterior corridor property we do have common household pest such as spiders and other small bugs get into the room. If there were major infestation of bugs we would refund the guest completely and have it treated by our pest control company. This was not the case and therefore guest was only issued a refund for the deposit and was charged $74.14 for the room which the guest occupied for 4-5 hrs.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did not sleep in the room that was offered to me for free until the manager got there in the morning that is the reason I carried  stuff in the room but did not shower or sleep . They have a video of me leaving the room in my car through out the night? How about showing that and how about the video of the worker refuse to give me my refund on the first room after being showed after that an additional 4 more all with bugs in  . I was conned into taking the free room until morning hit some manager can say no about my refund . The worker refused to gid me my refund when I asked over and over after each room he kept refusing . he kept begging  me that the their were better clean rooms but that was not  sure all bug invested. I just would like my refund . The business should not sell rooms if hey know they have a bug problem . If someone pays money they would and should have a clean room but in this case all 5 of them was not ...I didn't slept in the room just had my stuff in it and was gone I'm sure they can post of picture video of hat to . Why would I want to sleep in a bed and shower That's not me a never will be that's disgusting .

    Still have or recieved my refund . They admitted they do have bugs infestation. I have more videos of this . They haven't offered me my refund . They policy clearly says customers will have a clean room . But this was not the case .

    When booking on their website it clearly states there is a deposit only if you are using cash or a debit card we booked the room on their website with this information using a credit card upon arriving they have a sign that says they are charging a $50 deposit regardless which was not the information given to me upon reserving the room.
