    Ordered two breast cancer shirts from this facility. I chose the option to pick it up at the company store. I received the email confirmation that they were ready for pick up on Sept 27th or 28th. On Sept 29th I called to let them know I was coming to pick them up because I am an hour away. I got there and they could not find the order. They made numerous calls and told me it probably went to crossroads hospital wherever that is. I asked for a refund because I have no product. The person working told me no because the shirts were already made.

    This is a custom-made order and we do not refund custom-made items once they are made. We could not locate the item at the time she arrived at the store, but we did find it in another box shortly after she left. We contacted her the next day to let her know but we have not received a response. The item is still at our store and is waiting for pick up.
