    Made reservations online through the company's website on Saturday, July 29, 2023. The campground reservations were for Thursday, April 4, 2024 through Monday, April 8, 2024. At that time no deposit was required nor made. I have a confirmation email stating such including a confirmation number. The email has no mention of their cancellation policy nor does their website.On (or around) October 17, 2023, the business contacted me and stated that since my stay was to occur during a special event (total eclipse) they required a deposit for the whole amount. I agree and put the deposit on my credit card. Again, there was no mention of any type of cancellation fee nor did I receive a confirmation email although I did receive an email from my bank documenting the amount.I reached out to the business on (or around) February 7, 2024 stating that our plans had changed and we would need to cancel our reservation. I also sent them an email through their website stating the same thing. I also called with no answer received.I received a call from them on either Friday 02/09/2024 or Saturday 02/10/2024 stating that they had received my request because this was a special event they normally don't offer a return of the deposit. I informed them that I was not aware of this and they stated that they would at least return half of my deposit. I called them back after searching their website and my emails for any type of cancellation policy stating that I could not find one. They essentially told me that it their policy even though it is not provided to their customers. I have since (again) asked for a cancellation confirmation email with a refund of our deposit with no response. That was on 02/18/2024.

    We would like to refund the total amount.  We have given him a refund on 2/23/24 of $125.00, the total amount of the deposit is $250.00.  Today we would like to refund the rest of $125.00 to his credit card.  The total site fee was $375.00, he paid the $50 a night.
