They did less than acceptable work as stated previously. ***** would not respond to text messages and when he did, he would tell me he was coming to work on the bathroom and he would not show up. I now have to pay someone else to fix all of their sloppy work.

The job that was done for this customer was a bathroom remodel. It was done by my brother without my knowledge. The consumer never contacted me before I received the letter from BBB.Customer Answer

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: they worked together he knew his brother was remodeling my bathroom and his brother gave me his cell phone number to contact him directly. He was representing the company when he was working for me. His brother sent me a rather nasty text message after I reported him. Very unprofessional.

11/5/2024 KH: I called the consumer, unable to reach, left a message on vm for a callback.
11/11/2024 KH: I called and spoke with the consumer Ms. ****** ******* and she is stating that the business has not made any attempt to contact her and resolve this issue and she reiterated to me that they worked together and the owner knew his brother was remodeling her bathroom and the owner gave her the brothers cell phone number to contact him directly. He was representing the company when he was working for her and afterwards His brother sent her a rather nasty text message after she reported the business to BBB. She is also willing to except $2000 for the work that was not completed properly to be done so that she can hire another company to fix everything all over, because she does not trust or feel comfortable with the business returning to her home after the owner's brother sent text message to her. I informed her that she would be receiving an consent for arbitration/mediation.

11/11/24 KH: I Called the business, no response, left a message on vm with complaint info and my direct callback number.
11/19/24 KH: Second attempt to contact the business, no answer, left a message on vm again.
12/4/24 KH: Made another attempt to contact the business, unable to make contact, and have not received a callback from the vm messages left from the business, I will be sending an email today.
12/9/24 KH: Called the business again, made no contact, left another message on vm, I also have not received a response from my email that I sent to the business on 12/4/24.
