    I am being charged for dates after the internet service was disconnected. This balance was sent to an outside collection agency. I have called multiple times and cannot get the person who is over collections. I do not receive responses from email either. I spoke with someone else in the office on March 5, who agreed I should not be charged for dates after January 12th and said she would adjust the account. I followed up with the collection agency and no adjustment had been made. The collection agency followed up with A.C.T.S. and they said didn’t have an adjustment on the account. I called A.C.T.S. with the collection agency on a conference call, unbeknownst to A.C.T.S., and A.C.T.S. acknowledged they had agreed to the adjustment to not charge for me dates I didn’t have the service, but that I would need to speak to the lady who refuses to take my calls or respond to my emails. This was different than what they had just told the collection agency. The collection agency said she would notate the account, but couldn’t do anything unless A.C.T.S. adjusts the account on their end.

    I have had service for almost 4 years. I have constantly had problems with their service. I have sent in hundreds of repair/ service tickets for either the internet not working totally, and it being so slow it wasn't usable. They have only been out to my site around 6-10 times. Every time, the technician fiddles with the equipment, gets it working fast (Actually the speed I pay for) for about a day and it goes back to being so slow its not usable. I have had it to run ok, nothing close to the speed I pay for 100/20, it mainly runs 20-30/ 15-20 which is less money per month according to their tiers of service.
    05/09/2024 or 10th, they came out to my house and replaced all of my equipment. The technician got the speed up to over 100 megabits per second download, and six or seven megabits per second upload. Which he told me he did not understand because upload was extremely slow. After he left, the service took a dive and the internet has not been very useful since. We were able to stream videos now we barely can. I contacted them back requesting them to come back out and take another look at why I'm not getting the service I'm paying for. They basically sent me a response telling me that they were not going to come back out.(in the upload I sent) Why should I have to keep paying $80 a month for a service that is only worth 20? And then a business refuses to do their jobs that I am paying them for. That is extremely unprofessional and highly unacceptable. If I'm paying for a service, I don't care if they have to come out here once every day, that is the service I am paying for. I am tired of hearing excuses, and I want them to make right what they have promised, and I am paying for. I have never in my life been met with such ridiculous workmanship from a business.
    I have explained many, many times my wife has two internet based businesses, and my daughter's online school is a MUST. We haven't been able to do much because our internet doesn't want to work right.
