*** **********, the francisee of *** Tool Shed, a local Mac Tool Distributor(i cant find an address for the business since its a traveling tool truck), started coming weekly to my job(***** Auto Body) to sell us tools. I purchased a few items, and paid 75% of the total cost($300/$428) on October 12, 2024, and planned to pay off the remaining $128 i owed weekly. *** then decided to stop showing up completely. This took away the opportunity to pay him for my tools in person, and took away my ability to warranty my brand new tools if needed. After he stopped showing up, he started to run my card without saying anything about it, he didnt ask for permission or even send a simple text stating he was going to run my account. He did this a total of 4 times, 2 of which over-drafted my bank account. After these 4 unauthorized payments($50,$50,$50,$25) I have now paid him $475, when i originally only owed $428.**. I confronted him about how much i had paid him and asked how much i still owed at this point, to which he responded $253.**. I asked him how this was possible, and he somehow has zero record of the initial $300 i paid him. I have text receipts with him where he acknowledged getting the $300 payment, i showed him bank statements totaling $475 going to his truck account, and he has openly admitted to owing me money(~$50). Its been about 4 weeks since he admitted owing me money and he hasnt made any attempt to pay me back, he says he will but then all i get is dead air.
