    Trying to get my BOSCH BLAZE Laser measure Medidor lser Mesure laser GLM20X replaced seeing it was a gift from a family that got cancer now and is on there death bed so can ask them or get them to find me my receipt and I got it on 4/4/23

    Hello,

    As of the date of this complaint **************** had not contact Bosch Power Tools regarding repair options for his tool. Per our policy the Bosch Laser and Measuring Tool Warranty, the tool has a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase unless registered within 8 weeks from the date of purchase, then the tool would receive an additional year of limited warranty coverage.

    To determine if ******************** tool is covered under warranty, he would need to send his tool into our Bosch ************** in ************, ******** for an evaluation. If **************** does not have the proof of purchase, warranty is determined off of the products production code.

    From www.boschtools.com website warranty: To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must return the complete Product, transportation prepaid, to any Bosch Factory ************** or Bosch Authorized **************. Please include a dated proof of purchase with your Product so we can determine if your Product is within the Warranty Period. If you do not have the dated proof of purchase for the Product that is the subject of your claim, we will use the Products production code to determine whether the Product is within the Warranty Period

    We would encourage **************** to either contact our customer service team at **************, M-F 7am-7pm CST or he can go online to www.boschtools.com and complete an electronic repair form to have his tool sent in for evaluation. For the full limited warranty policy for Bosch Power Tool North America Warranty these can be found on www.boschtools.com under the Service tab.

    Hello,

    In order to assist ****************, there is key information that we would need from his tool, such as the serial number to determine if the tool is eligible for any warranty repair or replacement. The serial number is a 9 digit number found on the tool, which determines the manufacturing date. As **************** does not have the proof of purchase, the manufacturing date determines the warranty per Bosch Power Tool warranty policy.
