      I am rejecting this response because:
      Hi ! This is ***** ****** responding to Novak & Parker Home Appliances. I reject the message. Here are the pictures to prove that the refrigerator is different on the website than what I receive. In their message they were talking about the stove. I didn't mention the stove. It's all about the refrigerator doors. They are very glossy. And I want what they have on the website. It is misleading on the website. I just want the doors to be the same as the website. I'm not saying anything bad about the company. I want what is on the website the Mat color. I am not paying a 25% restocking fee nor a delivery charge. My bill is paid in full. I just want the doors to be the same as the website. Please tell me you can change the door to the mat color ? Thank you !

      The manufacturer only makes one color black for that range. The customer purchased two other items (refrigerator and dishwasher) both also only have one color black. The range has a see through "Glass" door on the front like most ranges, so you can view the items cooking on the inside without opening the oven door. Since that material is glass, it will never be a Matte Black. also being glass it will have a different texture and scheen than the other materials on that item or the other two items they purchased. If they would like to select another range, we would certainly consider replacing the unit. There would be a 25% restocking charge along with delivery and installation costs. However, I dont know of a range that will match the other items. They would have the be very thourough on investigating and deciding on what they want. I dont think they would get something that matches. 

      I have attached a screen shot from the website that shows each item is only available in one black color for each item.

      I have attached a screen shot from the Manufacturer website. These are stock photos from them. This also shows they only make that model in ONE color black. They DO NOT offer an option for a Matte black color. THEY ONLY OFFER ONE COLOR IN BLACK, which is what they received. I dont know of doors or model that matte black is abailable for that unit. We cannot help them with their request if the model or the parts DO NOT EXIST. 

      If they would like the doors switched they will need to contact Whirlpool with their complaint and see if they can provide them with either a model number of a Matte Black refrigerator or the part numbers for two doors that come in Matte Black that can be changed. This needs to be VERY specific. I am NOT aware of either that are available. 

      Whirlpool customer service # is ****************. They are the manufacturer and image supplier for their products.

      Hi, Novak & Parker Home Appliance  ! I have rejected your offers.  I have reached out to the whirlpool manufacturer on January 06, 2025. I called 3 times got through once time and waited a 1/2 an hour on the phone and the other 2 time 20 minutes and then 30 minutes. Then on the same day I call the Better Business Bureau. Now on your website it looks like a matte color even with a kitchen setting. Did you look at the merchandise before you put it on your website ?  To me that looks like a matte color. Even though you said they only make one black color. It should have been SPECIFIED ON YOUR THE WEBSITE. I love my refrigerator I just don't like the doors they are glossy. They are not a matte color. Your screenshot of the website refrigerator doesn't look like my refrigerator , that you delivered to me. Even the sides of the refrigerator I would have been happier with the doors being that texture. The high gloss, I don't like it. On your website it is misleading, the customers. It was a lot of work getting the refrigerator in my place for the guys.

      On 12/5/23 I purchased an ** refrigerator from ************************************************ At the suggestion of their sales representative, I purchased a 5-year extended warranty for the amount of $249.95. At the end of October of 2024, approximately 10 months after my purchase, the refrigerator completely stopped working. After numerous attempts by ** to repair the problem, they agreed to refund the majority of my purchase. When I questioned them regarding the 5-year extended warranty, they claimed that since that was purchased through the distributor, I would need to have N&P issue a refund. Since the refrigerator did not even last 1 year and was still under the original warranty, the 5-year extended warranty never came into effect. I've tried on 3 different occasions to contact N&P and their last response was that someone would be in contact with me, but has yet to call.
