    Ive use **** at Monapix a couple times before with no problems, BUT I used him recently to power wash my house. He did not do it himself this time but he dropped off another worker who did the power wash. **** left to do another job elsewhere. When the worker was finished, there was an irregular hole high up on the vinyl siding, a broken seal on a double pane/double hung window, and some of the siding/fascia need to be re-nailed. I informed **** who was NOT very nice about any of it and told me there was NO way power washing incorrectly could make a hole in the vinyl siding. **** said I was lying and that he had forgotten to tell me the hole was there already. He just dismissed the broken seal on the window and the siding/fascia that needed repair. After much discussion and as I had a piece of the siding in my garage, he did come back and replace that piece of siding. He said no to any other repairs and specifically stated he would do nothing about the window. Im now stuck with a $250 bill to pay for the window and dont know yet how much to have someone come re-nail the siding/fascia. Dont take the chance on Monapix.
