I hired this company in August 2024 to ONLY replace rotted wood in various places on the exterior of my home, one of those places being my front porch. My front porch has three areas with custom made sheet metal. While on the job, this company pryed the sheet metal up with a crowbar, without my consent. I watched in horror knowing that this was unwarranted given the nature of the job they were hired for. I immediately knew that this had caused significant and unrepairable damage to my home. When I brought it to the handyman's attention, he initially denied using excess and unnecessary force to lift the sheet metal up, only to later admit to indeed using a crowbar. He then proceeded to heavily caulk the areas he had damaged, as well as additional areas that were not part of the contract (e.g., porch pillars and custom made bases), again, without my consent. After seeing the damage and severely insufficient means to cover it up with an abundance of caulk, the handyman attempted to remove the caulk, and in the process caused significant damage to my porch pillar and bases. At this point, he had called the owner of the company, who upon arrival, began loudly and aggressively verbally assaulting and threatening me outside my home, ignoring my requests to lower his voice/calm down in my neighborhood, harassed my daughter in her vehicle, and then walked off the uncompleted job with my $1,500.00. There was no acknowledgment of the damage, apology given, or refund from the company. I have since consulted with various builders, carpenters, and sheet metal experts who have all confirmed what I already knew, the sheet metal did not need to be touched in order to replace the surrounding wood, and as a direct result of this company, it is now destroyed. Unless I pay thousands of dollars to replace it, I am looking at a future of constant problems in this area. My experience with this company has caused extreme mental anguish and great financial loss, far exceeding $1,500.00.

Addressing customer complaint on ******************** our side of the story: We were hired to replace rotted wood in various places around the house for  an estimated cost of $2, 925 pus $600 to $900.00 materials which we already had spent $650.00, the total with $650.000 material was $3, 575.00, customer paid $1,432.50 down payment and we started work on a later day, during the first day of work customer requested some additional rotted wood replacement around windows on 2nd floor which the handyman completed for the $750.00 amount verbally agreed with customer, the total now was $4,325.00 minus the down payment of $1,462.50 leaving a remaining balance of $2,862.50
On the 2nd of work customer came out to ********************** accusing handyman of bending the metal top on the front porch column,(plz see picture attached) when I showed customer a before picture that I have taken at time of estimate with the metal being already bent up by others of by the rotted swollen wood frame under it,  customer then apologize and all was good at that point, but then she started complaining that handyman applied caulk at the base of the  column that she didnt like, as the attached picture also shows there was a deteriorated cracked caulk already on the column base and the handyman merely being nice thought will look nice to scrape old caulk and replace with new fresh caul so will complement all the other new work that was done below of the column base box, customer was adamant to remove the new caulk which handyman promptly removed it.
At this point we had completed 80% of the work which equals  $3,460.00 minus $1,462.00 leaves a $1,995.50 balance still remaining due, seeing the difficulty going through with this customer we asked that she sign an agreement to the extra work she request to repair windows for $750.00 that she verbally agreed and that she was satisfied with the caulk cleaning of the column and also acknowledge that the metal top was not bent by the handyman, she refused to sign and we then decided to seize working on the job until she signs the new agreement, she refused to sign till this day.
