      I highly recommend Wizard Of Wood Flooring. They actually installed all of the wood flooring in my home about eight years ago. At that time I was seeking out a very special type of wide black walnut plank that they help me find. The team did an amazing job installing it then. I recently decided to remodel the home so I wanted to redo the floors. I had them sand and refinish almost **** ft. of flooring and it looks amazing. The price was more than fair and more importantly, the service they delivered was exceptional. I live in **************** ********, and been through some really special homes, and I feel our wood floors now are the most beautiful of any home Ive been in. All of the team members cared so much about their work like it was Art.I highly recommend them they wont let you down.

      If youre considering this company Id think twice and after you thought about it Id run. They definitely arent experts. *******, the owner came out to sell the job never to be seen again, even when trying to mediate the situation. There was an issue with the glue which I take full responsibility, but really if they knew what they were doing they wouldve known it wasnt the correct glue. That aside they used glue to fill gaping holes in the floor and they did not level the floor. With that being said they wanted me to pay for them to correct it. I dont think so. Shame on Wizard of Wood. Im wish I could share pictures of the mess they left me with.

      The customer, *************************, has conveniently left out the facts to her narrative. So lets start with the facts:************************* contacted us to get an estimate for ONLY installation of her prefinished floor. She purchased ALL the supplies from ************* and only wanted us to install it. We gave her a price and she agreed. The crew showed up to do the install at her home at the agreed upon date. We used all her supplies that she purchased and completed the install. She was happy with the project. About a month later, she called and stated that there were many boards which were coming loose. So *****, the supervisor came out to take a look. He was very confused as to why the boards were coming loose, so he went to ************* where she purchased all the materials and asked about the products. One of the managers there explained that she purchased the wrong glue for that material. He showed ***** the correct glue which should have been used. When ***** explained to her what the manager had said, she continued to blame us for the problem. So, she really never took full responsibility for purchasing the wrong glue as she states in her review. She wanted us to replace her floor for free. We explained that this was not our fault and that she needed to pay for it if she wanted the floor replaced. She did not want the floor replaced but only wanted a few of the boards re-glued. So we scheduled a time to do that. What she omitted was that later her toilet leaked all over this floor and the standing water ruined the floor leaving the boards all buckled and cupped. Yes, this was a mess, but we once again did not cause this. Now, she has a ruined floor that needs to be replaced because of the toilet leaking.
