      I recently purchased a flight case from TDJH and had issues with the laptop glide. I connected with *********** in regards to my issue and I received white glove service. He put pressure on the manufactuer to get me a resolution that I would be happy with. It was a lengthy processed but he was able to get me a solution that I was happy with. ********* is definitely an asset to TDJH.

      I couldn't have been so fortunate to have purchased my Pioneer PLX-**** & DJM-S11 mixer. Unfortunately the day I made the payment my bank account experienced fraudulent activity which in turn a claim was created complicating the whole process. ****** and ********* assured me they'd work with me through the entire issue. ****** from accounting was incredibly professional as we conversed via email. Afterwards The DJ Hookup refunded me due to the prolonging fraudulent claim from my bank. After receiving the funds needed I repurchased the bundle. Within 24 hours I received a tracking number. Can't thank these individuals enough!!

      Always a great deal to be had! These guys work with you on price and provide great support as well. This time around I landed a ****** sampler that everyone else has on 60-day backorder. Had it in my hands in two days. A++++
