    Huntington Apartments deducted my security deposit of $1143 due to carpet damage - 42 mouths left of carpet life, which I consider to be ordinary wear and tear within the legal range.

    Huntington apartments sent me a letter stating that I owe 728 dollars for Carpet damage and cleaning . This charge is from Huntington apartments where I terminated my lease paying all outstanding rents. They are stating that these charges are cleaning and carpet replacement. I took pictures of all the rooms before I vacated the apartment, and I can say for sure there was only regular use wear and tears/Stains and nothing else. I also see that Huntington has charged 75 Dollars as cleaning fee and remaining for carpet replacement. I left the place as clean as possible, cleaning it very thoroughly and then vacuuming every room. I also sent all the pictures of the rooms to Huntington apartments. These charges are unfair and outrageous.I am also attaching all documents for your referals.
