If I could give it a negative number of stars, I would give them a minus 5. I discovered a very minor dent in the very bottom of my front bumper of my 2022 Cadillac XT6 vehicle. They estimated $1,500 to put on a new bumper. I should have told them I was going to submit to my insurance company, but for that amount, I knew I could pay for it directly. They had to order the bumper and when it came in, I took them my vehicle. Two weeks passed and they kept saying they were having difficulty because it looked like more damage than they first realized and had to have a specialist come in to make sure the sensor worked. Of course, that cost me $900 more. When the sensor didn't work during this test, they said there was another part they needed to order, and two weeks later, they said that when they took off even more of the bumper, they discovered that the headlights were broken. It was going to cost thousands more to fix all of that. Absolutely ridiculous. I have photos of the car when I took it in, and you can barely notice the dent and the whole front was perfectly fine. They would have continued to ask for more money and more money, and what could I do - I couldn't get my insurance company involved because they would have needed to see it in the first place.NEVER, NEVER use this company.

Be ware!!! Just want to share my horrible experience with this place. I got into a car accident about a year and a half ago and took my car into this body shop thinking they would take good care of me. Needles to say I was wrong. My good needs to be aligned and (was not fixed properly ) and they had my bug shield on back order( still waiting for it) after many calls I decided to go in (big mistake) only to be mistreated by the owner ****. He was rude and had very little info on my file, he basically yelled at me and walked away and proceeded to go back inside his business. I decided not to follow him and went on my way. I received a phone call offering &75 for my shield but nothing was mentioned about repairing my hoodI had never been treated so poorly in my life. Im very devastated by the whole situation.
