    My car broke down and Midas stated the "module" wasn't working and replaced it. Two days later my car broke down and now they say my water pump and thermostat isn't working. A few days later it breaks down again. They stated they don't know whats going on. Had it towed to the Lexus dealership and they stated it was just the wiring the whole time and that someone had loosened the wiring on the car. Midas keeps denying it and replaced $3000 dollars worth of things on my car. I want my money back because I had to spend anothet $700 at lexus for them to tell me it was just a wiring issue. They are clearly scamming people because we are in a helpless situation and need to get our vehicle fixed. They keep denying it but ***** said the fuse and wiring had been loosened and they think Midas did it.

    The attachments cover the conversations and parts replaced on customer's vehicle.  Had we ripped off the customer, we would not have sent the vehicle at our expense to dealer; nowhere in the documentation does the dealer state that we either disconnected or tampered with the wire.  Because we sent the vehicle to dealer as an accommodation to the customer for our lead tech being on vacation, I will pay for the service provided to the dealer provided an invoice is mailed to Midas, **************************************.

    I am rejecting this response because: I've spoken to the techs at Lexus 2-3x and each time they stated it was the wiring that was messed with. They told me they even believe it was done at Midas. Midas clearly will not admit it because they charged me around $3000 for parts that didn't need to be replaced. ***** also stated that.

    Please provide the following scanned documents (not photos)  for review:

    $700 invoice from Lexus for repair of wiring

    Work order or statement from Lexus that Midas messed with the electrical wire along with name of technician/service writer

    Work order or statement from Lexus that parts replaced by Midas were not needed along with the name of the technician/service writer

    That information will be shared with our insurance and a determination will made on reimbursement.
