    Unsafe drivers! I was almost run off the road today by one of their drivers. If you go to their website to try and address safety concerns it's impossible to reach anyone.

    ***** was an excellent driverpunctual and responsive. He picked up my car and delivered it exactly as scheduled. He was also very polite, unlike some other drivers *** dealt with from other companies.

    We paid a lot of money for this company to deliver our car. By the time they delivered the car the driver spoke no English and when I tried asking any questions it was oh I dont understand. ****** walked off I got into the car and what did I find a car flooded with water. When I tried calling the driver we got a I dont know response. These folks are crooks find someone else to transport your car.

    COMPANY IS A JOKE NO COMMUNICATION. I GAVE AN ORDER FOR PICKUP MONDAY THEY DONT CALL CUSTOMER. THEN TELLS ME DRIVER GOT IN OVERNIGHT WILL PICKUP TUESDAY. TUESDAY COMES AND GOES WITH NOTHING AND NO COMMUNICATION. MY CUSTOMER DECIDES ON WEDNESDAY AFTER CANCELLING HER FLIGHT TO CANCEL THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE TWO DAYS LATE, AND HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER

    Had a great experience with RTS Transport! Had a car shipped from ********** to ********* and everything went perfectly! The driver kept everyone informed and was very friendly and professional! Delivery was on time with no issues.
