      We had a broken part to the chocolate fountain. I asked for a replacement and even said I was happy to pay for it. To which they simply responded in 2 cookie cutter response emails saying its not available thru them anymore. They was not refund or product exchange negotiated. There was no info on were to get the part/product otherwise. So I connected WILTON about a WILTON product and they just shrugged it off. I thought the whole idea of customer support was to help the customer. Instead I was just pushed away with vague responses that were of no help. This level of customer service is unacceptable for such a large wealthy company.
