I received a call from Third Party Pet today. The agent, Legacy, told me all the free things that I would get for my puppy. I just got the puppy Saturday 7/30/22 My understanding is that i needed this to complete AKC registration. She was a great talker, joked and was very personable. The first amount of money she asked for 305.95I asked if she said it right. Yes she had, so she started saying your puppy will get this and that free. Free is not $305.95! So she took some stuff away and ended with $210.00 and I paid it thinking I needed this service. NONE of the things she says I get are really needed. I would like to have my money refunded by them. If I have to I will have my bank stop payment. I am so angry over this!!!***********************

This company preys on people who are already in a massive amount of debt due to purchasing a dog from Petland. They kept sending me emails making me believe that I HAD to register my dog through the **** I finally called the number after the email gave no information related to purchasing ANYTHING. The man that called me talked me right up and told me all kinds of free stuff that I would get for my puppy, then proceeded to tell me that it would cost $162.77, and made it seem that it was mandatory with purchasing the pet. I reluctantly gave him my card information because I felt like I had to. After doing some research I discovered that it was NOT mandatory. This is predatory behavior, I want to be reimbursed and I want them to delete my information. I contacted them via email but never received a response.
