    The billing department is a total joke. I received a bill the last week in April 2025, stating I had a balance 60 days outstanding. Was a surprise to me, because this was the first bill I received this year. Asked when the first original bill was sent.Receptionist informed me via email. Informed her I never signed up for ******, always receiving my bills via *****************. Informed the billing clerk in person after my appointment on May 15th 2025 that I will make full payment on May 30th to note my account. May ********* I received a notice stating I need to pay by May 27th 2025 or I will be referred to the collection agency. Tried calling, always receive a voice mail, stating they are busy, but never return call or just ignore my payment commitment. May 30th I received a notice from the collection agency. Informed Trans world Systems of their poor billing and collection processes and lack of customer service. My review is also on yelp as well as other patients with similar reviews pertaining their billing department.
